August 14, Sunday. (DAY 1)

I started to take my weight seriously and I eat a little bit, I started to visit "Pro Ana & Mia" websites and watched documentals about eating disorders.

In the whole day this is what I ate: ( I know, it's a lot, but I'm just starting...)

-Milanese: 300 cal
-Lolipop: 40 cal
-Rice and cheese: 170 cal
-Lolipop: 40 cal
-2 cups of green tea:0 cal

Total: 552 cal

For dinner, my mom made pizza but, I didn't eat it. My trick? I chew a little bit, and I spit it in the glass, no one noticed, then, i went to the kitchen and i throw the chewed food in the trash can.
I went to bed with an empty stomach but I felt good, i felt it was working...
